This week for our personal photography project, 52 Portraits in 52 Weeks, we feature the portraits we shot of Dan Li of The Captured Picture Company. Dan is the videographer and creative director of the South East London based wedding videographers, The Captured Picture Company. Our portrait session was in the grounds of Hall Place, Bexley, a Grade 2 listed Tudor manor house.
Establised in 2013, Dan’s company specialises in creating modern and creative wedding films. Dan’s films tell a discrete and sincere story of your wedding day. The films capture all the spontaneous and natural moments as they happen.
Furthermore, his company’s reputation and client base has grown rapidly since it’s inception. Dan has been a videography finalist at the Kent Wedding Awards for the past three years. With a background in Film and Television, he is able to bring this knowledge to the realm of wedding videography and apply a cinematic documentary style to his work.
Dan’s work can be found on The Captured Picture Company’s website.
Here are some of the portrait photographs taken on our photo shoot:
All images from the shoot were taken with a Nikon D610 Digital SLR Camera and Nikon AF-S NIKKOR f/1.8G ED Lens (source: Amazon UK).
