  • Payment Information: Processing details for contracts, supply of goods, and services.
  • Website Data: I use cookies (small text files) on my website to help the site function correctly and to understand how visitors interact with my content.

Why I collect this: I primarily process this data under the lawful basis of Contract—essentially, I need this information to fulfill my agreement with you, deliver your photos, and manage your booking. I may also use your contact details for direct marketing of my own products, but you can opt out of this at any time.

I don’t sell your data to third parties. Period. I only share information with trusted partners who help me run my business, such as:

  • Cloud Storage & Galleries: To deliver your digital images.
  • Professional Labs: If you order physical prints or albums.
  • Business Tools: Secure systems for accounting and email.

INote on International Transfers: Some of my partners are based in the USA. I ensure these transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or recognized data privacy frameworks to keep your information safe.

I am committed to protecting your information. I use:

  • Strict Access Controls to ensure only I can access your private details.
