For this photo shoot we were thrilled to photograph Georgina and Hamish who both work incredibly hard to support Heather and Ian at Court Lodge Estate, Lamberhurst. We have made no secret of our love of Court Lodge, and it was our venue for a gorgeous family photo shoot last September. We’ve also recently been working on a project with Heather and Ian, photographing internal rooms in their home, and the beautiful grounds.
We also photographed a charity Afternoon Tea there last year in support of The Pickering Cancer Drop-In Centre. We also have some new and exciting photography projects lined up in the weeks and months to come – watch this space!
About Court Lodge
Court Lodge is a Grade II listed Georgian Manor house that has been occupied by the Morland family since 1733. The current owners, Heather and Ian, are the seventh generation of the Morland family to own it.
The surrounding grounds cover approximately six acres in area, including a rose garden and a walled garden. Lamberhurst golf club lies to the front of the estate grounds. It was originally laid out by the Morland family as their own private golf course in the 1890s! Heather and Ian work tirelessly to maintain the house and grounds, and always meet every challenge with positivity and fortitude. They are ably supported by Georgina (also of Wylde and shrub), and Hamish, the Head Gardener, is doing a wonderful job of restoring the grounds of Court Lodge Estate to their former glory.
