Stacey and Jamie’s wedding at the Mercure Maidstone Great Danes Hotel in Kent was nothing short of spectacular. From the elegant outdoor ceremony space to the expansive, sun-drenched grounds, it provided the perfect backdrop for a day centered on love, family, and a few high-octane surprises.

Bridal Prep & A Dramatic Entrance

The morning began with Stacey, her bridesmaids, and flower girls. The atmosphere was relaxed and full of laughter – exactly the kind of energy you want before walking down the aisle.

While the girls were getting ready, Jamie made what might be the most stylish entrance I’ve ever photographed. Thanks to a surprise from his parents, he arrived at the venue via helicopter, landing on the hotel’s vast lawns to the amazement of their guests!

An Outdoor Ceremony at the Gazebo

The ceremony took place at the hotel’s iconic gazebo. Under the Kent sunshine, Stacey and Jamie exchanged heartfelt vows in a beautiful outdoor setting. As they traded rings surrounded by their closest friends and family, the sense of joy and unity was palpable.

Throughout the afternoon, the atmosphere was elevated by the soulful sounds of singer Dayton Grey, who provided the perfect soundtrack for the drink’s reception.

Golden Hour Portraits & The Reception

The Mercure Great Danes team did a fantastic job with the reception decor, ensuring every detail was polished. After a fabulous wedding breakfast filled with emotional toasts, we took advantage of a truly gorgeous evening sunset.
