Danson House is a beautiful wedding venue, a Grade 1 Listed Palladian villa set in the grounds of Danson Park, Bexley. It is a location we know well, live close to and love photographing weddings at too! Please check our blog to see our latest Danson House weddings.
Built in 1766 by the architect Sir Robert Taylor, it is a very sought after wedding location for couples looking for a period property. It has wonderfully decorated rooms for your wedding ceremony. There is a magnificent spiral staircase to take some lovely wedding photographs on! The steps of Danson House and the surrounding park grounds make ideal photographic locations too!
The local council, the London Borough of Bexley Council took over the management of the building in 2016. The Registrar’s Offices also moved into the building from Sidcup Manor.
Finally, if you are planning on a small intimate wedding at Danson House, please visit our Small Intimate Wedding Photography page. This provides up to 3 hours attendance/coverage.
