With full-day wedding photography pricing starting from £1,500, I’ll be there from preparations to the evening celebrations.

At Oakhouse Photography, I offer relaxed, natural wedding photography for couples who want real moments, genuine emotion, and a beautifully told story of their day.

I provide flexible wedding photography prices that can be tailored to suit everything from intimate registry office weddings to full-day celebrations.

All collections include professionally edited, high-resolution images and a private online gallery.

THE PROCESS

01.

Consultation & Booking


Ready to book me as your wedding photographer? Firstly, get in touch with me via my Contact Form or send me a WhatsApp message via the button on this page to check my availability. I will contact you as soon as I can – usually the same day – to confirm my whether I am available and set-up an online or -in-person meeting to talk through your wedding plans.

Following our meeting, I will send you a contract and booking invoice to complete the booking. Once booked, for full and half-day weddings, I will ensure that no other bookings are taken on your wedding day.

In the run up to your wedding, I am more than happy to chat through your plans and offer any advice that will make your wedding day run smoothly. I will also arrange a chat with you approx. 6 weeks prior to your wedding to finalise timings and create a timeline for your day, including any group shots that you may request.

If your wedding collection includes a pre-wedding shoot, we will usually shoot this at the same time as our 6 week pre-wedding chat.

Your Special Day!

On the day of your wedding, my priority is to create an atmosphere where you feel completely comfortable, relaxed, and able to be fully present in every moment. I understand that your wedding day is one of the most meaningful days of your life, and it should be experienced — not managed or staged. That’s why I work in a calm, unobtrusive way, blending naturally into the background so you can focus on celebrating with the people you love most.

My approach is centered on storytelling: capturing the genuine connections, the spontaneous joy, and the subtle details that might otherwise go unnoticed.I pay close attention to the small, intimate moments — a tear during your vows, a whispered joke during portraits, the way your partner looks at you when you’re not watching. These fleeting expressions and emotions are what truly make your day unique and unforgettable.

Alongside these candid memories, I also ensure that the atmosphere, décor, and carefully chosen details are beautifully documented, preserving the full essence of your celebration.
My goal is for you to look back at your photographs and not just see your wedding day, but feel it all over again — the excitement, the love, the warmth, and the joy. By working discreetly and thoughtfully, I allow your day to unfold naturally while capturing it in a way that is authentic, timeless, and true to you.

Delivering Your Wedding Photos & Albums

After your wedding, I will preview approx. 10-20 images on our social media pages or website within 48-72 hours and deliver the full gallery to you no later than 8 weeks after your wedding.

You will be free to share your gallery with family and friends – anywhere in the world (subject to internet access being available!) – to allow them to view your special day. The gallery will have a store facility which will allow your family and friends to purchase prints or wall art , such as framed prints, canvasses, etc.

If your photography collection includes, or you would like to order, a wedding album or set of albums, this is the time when we can arrange a chat to create the album together. For more information on wedding albums and the process, check out our Wedding Albums page.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

I love to shoot unposed and natural wedding photographs. Capturing the emotions and detail of your wedding, event or photo shoot is what is important to me. I am influenced by documentary street photography and try to capture spontaneous and magical moments as they occur. I include a mixture of both colour and black and white photographs in your wedding gallery. Black and white images that show emotions are especially powerful and perfect to include in your wedding gallery and album.

Absolutely, yes! Either in-person or via Google Meet, depending on our locations, approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding day and we can have as much contact as required via phone, WhatsApp or email.

While I love the documentary style of my photos, I fully understand that couples and event organisers love to have group shots included as part of the wedding day or event. I usually suggest couples set a limit of 10-15 group shots as you will find this takes a considerable amount of time to organise.

As for bride and groom portraits, I usually plan with my couples to shoot a few mini-sessions, usually before the wedding breakfast and during the Golden Hour (the hour before sunset) to capture some quiet and romantic moments between the two of you.

Every wedding is different – from small, intimate weddings to lavish ceremonies & receptions and this will be reflected in the total number of images in your gallery. Typically for a full day wedding, there would be between 400-700 images although it might be even more!!

Of course! Please feel free to let me know what you would like and I would be delighted to create a special collection for you.

I always try to provide the full set of edited and finished images to your online gallery within 8 weeks (56 days) from the date of your wedding. 

I do understand how much you would love to see the images and share these with family and friends earlier. Therefore, I always try to edit and put a small selection of images from your wedding, event or family photo shoot within 24-48 hours afterwards, provided you have given us permission to use the images for our website, social media and marketing (in magazine print articles, blogs, photographic competitions, etc). If no image usage is given, I will let you know when the full gallery has been uploaded for you to view and download your images. Sharing of gallery images to social media websites (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) is not provided from within the gallery. You are also able to share the gallery’s Client Password with family and friends.

The prices shown in the above photography collections include my time for attending and photographing your wedding or photo shoot, editing the images and uploading all of the edited and finished images to your gallery for viewing and sharing.

The prices also include travel within Kent, Central London, Sussex, Essex & Surrey. All other areas may be subject to a modest additional charge for travel and potentially, overnight accommodation.

In addition, the collection prices also includes the general costs of running my full-time professional photography business including insurances, equipment, maintenance costs, taxes, etc.

For weddings held between November and April or on Monday through until Thursday at anytime of the year, I offer a special rate on all of our wedding bookings. Since these dates fall outside the peak weekend demand, I pass those savings directly to you. You get the exact same level of coverage and editing, just at a price point that reflects the midweek timing.

Once you are ready to book me to photograph your wedding, a £250.00 non-refundable booking fee and signed contract is required to secure your date in my diary. All you need to do is complete all of the booking details and I will send you the relevant contract and booking fee invoice. I accept BACS and also, debit/credit card payments.

If you wish to include a wedding album (or album package) at the time of booking with a £100.00 on the total cost of the album(s), an additional fee of £50.00 will be added to the booking fee. This will make a total booking fee of £300.00.
