Our first foray into food photography occurred in 2012 when we were asked to photograph the food for a Nepalese cook book. Over the course of 3 days, Tony photographed over 70 meals cooked in a kitchen studio in Cranbrook, Kent. The chefs were Pemba Lama, a former Gurkha soldier and Regimental Chef, and renowned chef Nicci Gurr.
The result was ‘The Ultimate Nepalese Cook Book’ which won The Gourmand World Cook Book Award 2012/13 for best fundraising, charity and commmunity cook book. It also won the World Foods Cook Book of the Year 2013 award. We were obviously delighted with the awards and subsequent reviews of the book. The cook book is available through Amazon.co.uk and Waterstones.
Since this time, we have undertaken additional projects including photographing two former Masterchef 2016 finalists, Jack Layer and Billy Wright, who now run the very successful Billy and Jack Supper Clubs and have photographed products for Kent based preserves supplier Wylde and Shrub.
We are delighted to provide personal branding and food photography commissions for chefs, restaurants and food producers.
